Make way for ducklings! The 4th of July began with surprise visitors! A mommy duck and her 6 ducklings decided to cool off in our pool. They stayed long enough for me to get some pictures then they took off to visit the neighbor's pool. 
For a few moments we stopped our preparations and enjoyed our special guests.
Then the family and friends arrived. 
I very much enjoy having family and friends over. I wish I could have gotten pictures of everyone. It was a fun day full of happiness and laughter. I couldn't ask for more.
