This morning while I was out by the pool trying to move the chair cushions so they could dry, I was attacked by what seemed like 200 yellow jackets. I had disturbed their nest which was under a chair and they didn't like that too much. Because I was so surprised (I actually thought I had been bitten by a snake) I screamed loud enought to wake the dead. I ran and somehow landed in the pool. This was certainly an exciting start to the day. If someone had caught me on video I would be a hit on YouTube. I'm sure I looked rather rediculous. 
We are ready for the 4th of July. 
The tables are set....
and the flowers are arranged.
The grocery shopping has been done....
and I am ready for the guest to arrive. We wish your family a safe and happy 4th of July!!
