This sweet girl turned 13 last week. I am not sure how that is possible since it seems like yesterday her dad and I were bringing her home in her carrier from the hospital. Where have the years gone? She wanted a special night with her best friends to celebrate her birthday. It was a beautiful day so we went to Joe T. Garcia's for dinner.
We were greeted by all these people that were lined up to get dinner too. TCU graduation had just ended and I think the entire class of 2010 was ready for a great evening on the patio of Joe T's. Not only that but I think all the mothers from 5 counties showed up with their families to celebrate an early Mother's Day.
So we got in the line for indoor seating. We were out of there in 45 minutes.
These girls were happy and didn't mind eating indoors because they were VERY hungry.
They had dessert at Simply Fondue in downtown Fort Worth.
They ended the night with a swim and a sleepover.
